Do you want to get in and get out quickly? This is the place to go! I checked in, sent directly to a room, saw the nurse, doctor was here within 5 minutes, saw me and treated in 5 minutes. Went to WalMart got my prescription and home. Total time to drive there, be seen, diagnosed, meds, and drive home… approximately 1 hour. Most professional Dr office I have ever been in. These guys are give a new meaning to the word, ‘teaming’! This review is based on my 3 visits here. Amazing!!!
Took my son and he tested positive for influenza after a week of symptoms. Dr was very dismissive, did not even do a thorough examination of his ears, throat, etc. Took him home and could tell something was still very wrong. Took him to Soldotna urgent care the very next day and they diagnosed him with ear infection and walking pneumonia. Soldotna was worth the extra wait time, they got him medication and he was up and much better by the following day. Highly recommend Soldotna over this one
Worst place ever considering they have doctors there. RN she was very passive aggressive as if i was an inconvenience. WORST URGENT CARE EVER
