I really like this hospital overall but our last experience was terrible!! There's a nurse I believe named Laura. An older one and she should consider retiring. Be prepared to do your own triage if she's there when you go to ER. Thomas is amazing btw!!! Our baby was retracting and oxygen was in the 80s when we left home and when we got there she slapped an oxygen monitor on for maybe 2 seconds and claimed it was 97 and sent us to a room. If you are looking for a doctor that goes above and beyond to try and figure out every little exact thing that is wrong with you dr Tran is your person but just a heads up he won’t help with the main reason you went to the emergency room in the first place and will probably leave after being poked and prodded for a couple hrs with the same issue you came to get fixed
I had a great experience Saturday evening at Central Peace Health complex
Came in with a knee injury Thomas made some jokes and made the whole process so easy
Called this evening to see if there was a doctor in emergency as sprit river is closer for us opposed to GP. The ER nurse was an absolute cow & judging from others comments it seems to be the norm
