I get a lot of snow and Ice parts for here Sandi is very professional and I give 5 stars. How ever I would give 5 start to Central Parts unfortunately I cannot because prices are usually on the higher end and very really do they have OEM Boss parts or other OEM parts in stock which I get it some aftermarket is okay and better and cheaper but when you need that one critical OEM part and if you need them to order it in then man you are stuck waiting and waiting and for parts to come in. Item said in stock on their site. Finally got an email back about 2 weeks after I placed order, and they said it was back ordered. Tried to get updates for the 2 months I waited and didn’t receive one email or phone call back after I left messages.
Horrible customer service!! No system in place for order tracking, 2 rude ladies answering phones. Ordered part 3 weeks ago kept getting run around never ordering from here again
Well I cant speak on these other "lower star" reviews, but my experience with these folks has been amazing. Just recently found them online, and now have completely rebuilt the drive train on my SaltDogg. Thank you guys for everything! Happy Holidays!!
