Great community
great amenities and nice neighbors. but need some upgrade for the community. Most community has their own dog park now. CPW has a small one but not open to everyone living in CPW. LOL ..... It would be great if we have our own dog park. Pickleball court has no light when it's dark.
We have been renting a condo in Central Park West (CPW) for almost three years while our new house is being built. We really enjoy the wonderful amenities that CPW offers, including but not limited to a state of the art gym, two heated pools with salt water and jacuzzi, a pickle ball court, a playground for the children and a nice dog park. CPW does a great job in maintaining a clean, safe and beautiful community for all residents. Love the gym, pools, and pickleball courts here! Convenient walkable access to Mother’s Market and nearby trails.
Great amenities, and great walkable neighborhood. Just be sure to park in your resident garage parking spots and register guests parking on the street using the app!
