RecommendedDefinitely the friendliest complex in Moses Lake. Residents, business office ...everyone was very helpful. The apartments and complex are clean, new, spacious. You will not find a more helpful and knowledgeable office staff in the area. Kar was amazing and made our move so easy.
Love everything about this place!! They make you feel at home and it’s close to coffee, shopping and restaurants. They even have doughnut day and Taco Tuesday:) it was scary not knowing the area and to find a place that we feel safe and everyone is so friendly is greatly appreciated!:)

We've been living here for almost four months and we absolutely love it here. Management is very nice and friendly. Definitely a great place to live. Close to downtown and stores for shopping.

The layout of the apartment is so accommodating, and the office staff are exceptionally gracious in all that they do. There is plenty of lighting at night and the neighbors are all so friendly. I am proud to live there
