My daughter lives here and for a very reasonable price. She has a big patio and has been able to space it up some.
First of all, the best thing about this place is its central location. Being in the heart of West Olympia is a huge plus and 90% of what you need is less than 10 minutes away. The nature around the apartment is nice as well. Beyond that, there isn't much else good to say about it. Appliances are very generic and look like their from the 90's.
