I absolutely love these townhomes. I’ve been here about two years, especially the row in the front. I don’t have a problem with any pests or mice, Everyone here is super sweet except the occasional few, but I have no problem with my neighbors No crime. The negative reviews I’ve seen is from people that don’t pay their rent lol
I would not recommend living here. I lived in a one bedroom unit by myself & kept it extremely clean. When I moved in I noticed how dirty the windows & sliding glass doors were, they were filled with debris & dirt so I never opened the screens. Within 2 months of living there I had roaches. What no one mentioned to me as I was signing my lease was that the complex provides extermination services for free (red flag right away).
