I would not recommend living here. I lived in a one bedroom unit by myself & kept it extremely clean. When I moved in I noticed how dirty the windows & sliding glass doors were, they were filled with debris & dirt so I never opened the screens. Within 2 months of living there I had roaches. What no one mentioned to me as I was signing my lease was that the complex provides extermination services for free (red flag right away). I advise you please do not move into this dump. You will have a gas bill $200+ and they can’t give you a breakdown of why when the heat barely works in home. I doubt if the leasing lady pay that much since she does reside on the property. Ask multiple times for someone to be sent to my house. Went from paying roughly 1500 a month to over 1700 a month it’s ridiculous especially the condition these homes are in.
