I advise you please do not move into this dump. You will have a gas bill $200+ and they can’t give you a breakdown of why when the heat barely works in home. I doubt if the leasing lady pay that much since she does reside on the property. Ask multiple times for someone to be sent to my house. Went from paying roughly 1500 a month to over 1700 a month it’s ridiculous especially the condition these homes are in.
This use to be my home all my life I'm 9 bc my parents cared about our health they filed complaints of things going on and instead of them fix the problems they tossed us out .we never had or caused problems with anyone .my mom and dad paid our rent on time and cleaned the place up me and my brother even helped.tjey didn't care about any of that.they didn't want to go through the trouble of fixing the issues and tossed my family out.if u have kids do not move here the kids that r there like to mess people's things up and eve... read more
Was very upset with this place.....lived here 15 years never late on rent and always followed each rule even new ones that were not listed in lease and came in as new ones.i did how ever pull my tire off and take my brake off and did get a violation for that.but after that happen I did not even do that.it was coming to the end of my yearly renewal so received my renewal I was going to sign and hand it in with my next times rent.i had been having problems with somebody smoking inside one of the units for a long while.i told t... read more
If I could give zero Stars I would let's start by saying when we first moved in the place was dirty we had to clean it all ourselves which ok no big deal thenn got very sick (carbon monoxide poisoning) and could've been a crazy fatality aswell being in a home with a carbon monoxide leak for 2 months that no one wanted to come check at first and there were also no type of detectors in the home to catch it thank God the heating system wad replaced the mice situation only gets worse to where it was in our BEDROOM no one actuall... read more
