the front desk staff are amazing, they remembered me by name before i even said anything lol. the assistant gave me a full tour, introduced me to the person who does botox, and showed me the surgery room with the nice view. they’re super high tech too. and everything is scan. the assistant was really encouraging during the cleaning, he kept telling me i was making good progress at each round, even though those scans do not feel good lol. i hadn’t been to a proper dentist in about a year and a half so there was a lot going on... read more
Excellent dental care. I’ve gone to all boroughs searching for the service and nothing beats this place. Jean was very resourceful. Rosa and the rest of the staff were friendly and detail oriented. The hygienist was spectacular. Last but not least, thanks to Dr. Klempner for his quality and honest work.
My experience at Diamond District Dental greatly exceeded my expectations. Dr. Klempner provided personalized attention and care, a rarity now when dentists seem to always be in a hurry to get to the next patient. I was impressed with Ramon, who ably assisted Dr. Klempner, and who guided me through each step/test mitigating any fear or anxiety that comes with visiting the dentist. Great experience! Staff was super warm and welcoming (especially my dental assistant Ramon) and they were very patient as they walked through everything I needed!
