Central Park Property Management is the worst company to rent from. The renters are taken to the cleaners when they move out.We were very disappointed in the way they deduct for the replacement of rotted window blinds which have never been replaced from when first built, missing lightbulbs that were never in there to begin with, the carpet in the bedroom and staircase were torn and worn out from years of tenants of which was never replaced, just cleaned by a professional and also deducted from our deposit. Horrible company keeps money from owners and renters ! Doesn’t return calls and really bad customer service ! Very sad that companies like this take advantage of ppl ! If I could choose no stars that would be better then one ! Do not use or rent from them !
BUYER/RENTER beware! We recently moved from Atlanta to Bradenton and found a rental home with Central Park Realty. My wife and I spoke with Ana Fernandez the acting agent/property manager. We shared our daughter has medical needs and needed to make sure the home was clean and free of mold and mildew. We were ASSURED the house was clean and no moisture issues. We signed the lease sight unseen and moved down. We arrived to find the house NOT as advertised. The front door was rotting at the bottom of the threshold, so much so y... read more
