Very professional efficient and friendly.
Paige and Kendall are amazing! Their are so sweet, so professional and thorough. Their techs and assistants are also always friendly and helpful and what's even more amazing is their prices are SUPER affordable compared to other places. 100% use their services for ANY types of scans. Can't say enough good things about these ladies!
This place is amazing. Some of the best cash pay/self-pay prices in the greater Austin area. Great customer service. Usually call very quickly to set up appointment times. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing x-rays, MRIs, CT, scans, ultrasounds and other imaging needs!!!!
The representative on the phone was rude and unhelpful while I was trying to schedule an ultrasound. When I politely asked for her name, she hung up the call. This behavior was unprofessional and made it difficult to complete my request. I hope this issue can be addressed to improve customer service.
