The representative on the phone was rude and unhelpful while I was trying to schedule an ultrasound. When I politely asked for her name, she hung up the call. This behavior was unprofessional and made it difficult to complete my request. I hope this issue can be addressed to improve customer service.
Such lovely staff, specially Kendall made me and my mom feel welcomed and cared for.
They somehow messed up my mri imaging then without calling to get more imaging I had to call them and delay my surgery. Definitely 1 star
