Building is nice, so far pleasantly surprised. Heard Bosa quality has gone down over the years. Great amenities unfortunately don’t have much time to use them. You know, the Vancouver grind. All the concierges are very nice and helpful save for the blonde lady who works weekdays. The post office locker is also very handy.

Beware of unusually high EMF levels in units close to an electrical closet. Based on our measurements, EMF readings inside our unit were roughly 20× higher than typical residential background levels we’ve experienced elsewhere. This may not bother everyone, but for families with babies or those who are health-conscious, it’s worth considering before moving in. I really like Bosa. The overall design is very user-friendly, and the details and house design are also very reasonable.
