Pros - Good location - Nice pool and gym Cons - Steam room 50/50 chance of working - Elevators are a disaster. 2 of them are fixed and working now, but fob scanner is still broken for months without anyone coming to fix. Trying to scan and get to your floor is a nightmare. - Amenity room can’t be used unless you book and pay. Lame, but I understand people will abuse it for large parties. - Build quality in the actual unit is questionable. Been suffering from issues that have not been resolved for 8 MONTHS. Living here often feels like some weird social experiment to see how much bs you can take before you crack. Every day my patience is tested to the limits. The one elevator not operational for what? 3 months now? 4 months? The remaining two are broken with the fobs not registering your correct floor. You wait and wait and wait for an elevator and many times it’s too packed to get on. So you WAIT for the next one(running late for work again) No elevator repair personnel in sight. Building is nice, so far pleasantly surprised. Heard Bosa quality has gone down over the years. Great amenities unfortunately don’t have much time to use them. You know, the Vancouver grind. All the concierges are very nice and helpful save for the blonde lady who works weekdays. The post office locker is also very handy. I’m amending my review. I don’t understand how you can have a building with 41 floors and have the elevators constantly out of order and I’ve had come to learn that there is no access to the staircase because it is locked and you need a key????? like what would people do if there was an actual emergency and needed to get out or the building. Writing this right now because the current situation is that ALL elevators are not working and everyone is stuck on the current floors they are on with no access to the stairwells, literally trapped. Multiple one star reviews were deleted this past week. Developer or the strata mgr submitting tickets to have reviews taken down? Strata posts up no airbnb and short term rentals allowed but there are constant waves of tourist coming in and out of the building. Some even leaves a Google review. How's the strata going to enforce this? And the elevators needing repairs just after one year in service, what else could go wrong here as time passes.
