The night shift guy was very nice! I didn’t catch his name, but he was a tall White guy.
Pros - Good location - Nice pool and gym Cons - Steam room 50/50 chance of working - Elevators are a disaster. 2 of them are fixed and working now, but fob scanner is still broken for months without anyone coming to fix. Trying to scan and get to your floor is a nightmare. - Amenity room can’t be used unless you book and pay. Lame, but I understand people will abuse it for large parties. - Build quality in the actual unit is questionable. Been suffering from issues that have not been resolved for 8 MONTHS. Multiple one star reviews were deleted this past week. Developer or the strata mgr submitting tickets to have reviews taken down? Strata posts up no airbnb and short term rentals allowed but there are constant waves of tourist coming in and out of the building. Some even leaves a Google review. How's the strata going to enforce this? And the elevators needing repairs just after one year in service, what else could go wrong here as time passes.
