Disappointed. Such a bad quality build and bad quality management. Living in this condo for less 3 months and I have already submitted 10+ tickets. Huge scratch on exterior window (face outside) Bad mechanical company quality Having a huge gap between lower cabinet and toe kick and saying this is not defect. No foresight when it comes to community safety hazards caused by inclement weather. Today (Nov. 4,2024) there are high winds with gusts up to 100km/hr, and I witnessed large objects being flung into the air, coming from the Central Park House site. Objects such as 10 foot long insulation panels, 5 or more at a time, being whipped up into the air and flung across and onto the street. Very Dangerous place to work here Dennis Brode the director of safety from Bosa and axiom builders will make you suffer and go homeless after getting injured at work and will say they are all supporting you and do nothing to help. please beware I do not want it to happen to others
