Needs to update their staff! I contacted this facility regarding my child’s hearing loss AFTER Dr Pena did a set of ear tubes. While scheduling the appointment, I mentioned hearing loss several times and yet an appointment was made that did NOT include a hearing test! The office proceeded to schedule a hearing test a month out. In that time, my child was able to return to their previous ENT, get new tubes and have a follow up. I have seen Dr. Stuart Thomas 2 times but i would say i won't recommend anyone due to he is super rush on me and not professional. I did not realize he was done on my appointment until i asked nurse about that. That is not appropriate manner to treat a patient. I have never seen any Dr. like that. So diappointed!
I came here for the first time to diagnose my congestion issues because they were in-network with my insurance company. Two months later, I got a surprise bill for $311. Turns out they tried to bill my insurance company for two diagnostic procedures in the first and only visit so the insurance company didn't cover the second procedure code. Thank God I canceled the follow-up with this shady practice... Dr was an hour....an hour late to see me 1 hour past my apointment time. I arrived early and the audiologist was able to see me early. Finally get to the dr office they tell me my apoint was an hour later. I proved to them by the text THEY sent they were wrong. What a waist of time terrible customer service. Dr spent 6 min with me.
