Booked through ZocDoc and the office had the wrong appointment schedule online so I had to reschedule for the only Saturday open this month which was same week because my child is over due for his cleaning. Then I received an email confirming that my insurance was taken which I thought great all is well. She is incredibly personable, thorough, and genuinely empathetic, qualities that make all the difference, especially when it comes to caring for children. She takes the time to explain everything and makes my daughter and son feel comfortable and understood at every visit. We live almost an hour away on Long Island, yet we happily travel all the way to Central Park just to see her. That alone says everything about the level of care she provides.
