The customer service at the frontdesk was phenomenal. Michaela answered all of my question and even gave me emails of what my bills would be, so I could make informed decision regarding my finances. I hadn't been to the dentist in years due to poor experiences, and the phenomenal customer service here really turned me around!
Front desk is always so helpful and friendly, assistants are compassionate and efficient, hygienists are good at what they do and explaining everything! The doctors are great, but their staff is what makes the office so awesome. I will never be going anywhere else!!
Called to ask about getting a tooth pulled to be told they do not accept my insurance and hung up the phone when I asked about a price.
From precare to postcare; Dr. Hemming and his team go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable, that your dental needs are taken care of. They give you a clear understanding of your bill and what your next steps should be. Truly amazing dental office with awesome people, front to back.
