Dr. Chan and all the staff specially Jenn are very nice and very friendly. We’ve been their patient for more than 5 years. Me and my husband were very satisfied every time we had appointments and procedures that need to be done. Thank you for the good services you provide.

Two serious and unacceptable mistakes were made by this dental clinic. First, the dentist, Chu, performed a root canal on my fiancée **without her consent**. She did not have a toothache, and there was no clear explanation for why such an invasive procedure was done. When we complained, she waived the fee for the first part of the procedure, which strongly suggests that the situation was mishandled.
