Been eyeing these Condominiums since November 2024. No vacancy. Was told then "tenants here just don't move out, ever." The very day I put a deposit down on another location, I received an email from Loriza regarding availability. I went to visit the next day & signed on the spot/dotted line. Great place to live.
We really enjoy living at Central Park. We’ve lived here for over 3 yrs now and have seen many changes good and bad. Many managers have come and gone during our time here. A manager makes or breaks the expedience of living on a property. Loriza Rubio has turned some of the bad issues around to a positive. She is always eager to assist residents in any issue that has come up. She gets results. Loriza is an all around good manager.
