We really enjoy living at Central Park. We’ve lived here for over 3 yrs now and have seen many changes good and bad. Many managers have come and gone during our time here. A manager makes or breaks the expedience of living on a property. Loriza Rubio has turned some of the bad issues around to a positive. She is always eager to assist residents in any issue that has come up. She gets results. Loriza is an all around good manager.
Me and my family love Loriza. When we go on walks we love stopping by to say our hello. She’s always positive and nice. My baby loves listening to her talk. We see her like family. This neighborhood is very homey. A lot of friendly faces and good environment.
Nothing but a phenomenal experience living here. Loriza is an amazing manager and is incredibly polite. I recommend to all those wondering if this place is worthy of calling home.
We have been living here for the better part of 2 years, and in that time there have been some maintenance issues pop up here and there as to be expected. The response from the office/site management has always been prompt, part avalibility for repairs has occasionally been delayed, but we have always been kept up to date. More importantly, we have always been treated with respect and understanding by the management and maintenance teems.
I love living here at Central Park Condos! Loriza has been a blessing and true professional in helping me with my rent payments. They have the largest 1 bedroom apartments in Conroe at 850' compared to the 700' at my previous apartment. Thank you Loriza for all the good works you have provided for residents.
