This is the absolute worse place ever! If i could give it negative 5 stars i would. I hate i had to even give it one star. Never move here its a complete and total nightmare! Roaches infest this place. Very bad parking. Its basically a trailer park. Cheap plastic tubs, vinal floors just awful. Worst experience of my life and so happy it's over. FYI all of the 5 star reviews are probably fake paid reviews. They have to be.
This is what the temperature in our apartment is at 8:00 at night, it’s only four degrees cooler than outside and is blowing warm air out of the vents, this has been going on for two weeks and the property manager and oak leaf refuse to fix it, I call oak leaf every other hour to get an update and they just tell me that someone will call me back and we never hear from anybody and even when maintenance comes out they do nothing to fix it. Been eyeing these Condominiums since November 2024. No vacancy. Was told then "tenants here just don't move out, ever." The very day I put a deposit down on another location, I received an email from Loriza regarding availability. I went to visit the next day & signed on the spot/dotted line. The transition was so smooth, seamless. Ms. Rubio is a gem! So kind, so helpful & so cheerful! A breath of fresh air. Which (!) is what you'll get here. Surrounded by huge pine trees & serenity.
