Maintenance here is great! They fixed a problem involving our sidewalk entry. Removing soil and rocks. Looking forward to the repair by raising the sidewalk level for drainage.
Been here for almost two years. When I first moved into this apartment complex, I’ll be honest — things were a bit rough. Maintenance was slow, communication wasn’t great, and it felt like nothing was really getting taken care of. I have arthritis in my hands, so turning a faucet is very difficult. While Alfredo, our maintenance guy was replacing weather stripping on a door I asked if he could fix my faucet. He said he probably could, left my place and returned minutes later with levered handles. Now I am able to control the water with ease. Thanks Alfredo.
Living at Central Park Condominiums is wonderful. The location is ideal—close to shops, dining, and highways —yet the community feels peaceful and private. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the apartments are bright, modern, spacious and comfortable.
