This is supposed to be a closed gate community which we the association pay for yet the gates remain open mon thru Friday 7am- 6 pm 11 hours which amounts to 55 hours weekly a car was robbed during these hours the gate was open. Not only that more than 3 vehicles have been broken into and people who rent continuously vandalize the complex as if this was public housing. There was a shooting in this complex less than 4 months ago and we were lied to by management as to the situation they claimed a car back fired which is false... read more
They want to fine me for absolutely everything. I've paid fines for supposedly having my dog off a leash, which isn't true. They sent the fine to the person who rented it and deducted it in advance. It's rude. I went to the meeting they held, and it's simply a joke. I'm definitely leaving this year. And by the way, all these apartments have
This place is a joke when it comes to security. Five cars were broken into last week, and management did absolutely nothing about it. The front gate has been broken for over a year, allowing anyone to walk or drive in without a problem. The security cameras don’t even work. Living here feels completely unsafe, and the management clearly doesn’t care.
