This is supposed to be a closed gate community which we the association pay for yet the gates remain open mon thru Friday 7am- 6 pm 11 hours which amounts to 55 hours weekly a car was robbed during these hours the gate was open. Not only that more than 3 vehicles have been broken into and people who rent continuously vandalize the complex as if this was public housing. There was a shooting in this complex less than 4 months ago and we were lied to by management as to the situation they claimed a car back fired which is false... read more
They want to fine me for absolutely everything. I've paid fines for supposedly having my dog off a leash, which isn't true. They sent the fine to the person who rented it and deducted it in advance.
