My biggest regret is purchasing a home from these people. They lie and tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to buy a property. Their warranty department is a complete mess. The homes are so cheaply and poorly built I have had multiple issues within the first 6 months of living here including mold in my master bathroom which they don’t care to help or do anything about although it’s destroying my health and the house is still under warranty. “Finished” houses with many construction details still pending. We had to delay closing day due to these details as well. Also, Idk why the same Builder in other Florida regions/communities offer different finishes and more appliances than here on the same models as well. 🤔☹️
