The experience from the minute I entered was bad. The service was shocking. the waiters look bored and annoyed when you asked him for anything.. The crab cake came cold was overpriced and tasteless. The wine was very average for the price. Due to the lack of Service and not bringing anything I asked for. I asked for the Manager to remove the surface Charge. It’s such a shame because it’s such a beautiful venue but completely ruined by the Service on the Food. Very sad..
