Having lived here for going on 3 years, I can honestly say these apartments have been my favorite! Any issue I have ever had, from A/C to pest issues, the maintenance crew was on top of it, especially Brian. Carlos and Janice in the office are amazing at communication, and have always made us feel welcome and listened to. Definitely recommend Central Park to anyone looking to find a good home at a decent price!
We lived here for 3 years, and it was a really good fit for us at the beginning. Every year, the rent increased, but the quality seemed to decrease. In comparison to similar size units with a garage in the Plainfield area, the price is affordable. We decided to get out with the latest price increase and find a different place due to a variety of reasons. I went in and Carlos and Janice helped me out with looking at different apartments they had to offer, what everything would cost, and were extremely nice and helpful throughout the entire process. Apartments are well maintained and spacious. Thanks again!
Lovely place been here for 3 years! Price is anguish for a one bedroom at 1300+ but that’s average in this world. Good maintenance and area beautification they’re also really good with the trash. It is a very safe environment with good people as well. My unit has held up great in these past years only with two work orders. I love my top story and hope to stay here longer.
We moved first week of January 2025 , thanks to Carrie and Carlos, helped us in all of the process, very kind and understanding. Maintenance Crew always delivers to what is needed in a good time, and now that summer is here, the girls are very happy with the Pool , wife is also starting to work out in the nice Gym! we love being able to walk to Walmart, the mall, or other areas that are in waling distances.
