This is a fantastic place to live! The front staff is always helpful and thr maintenance team is the best. Its been a long time since I have lived in an apartment. They even do an exceptional job during bad weather to make sure sidewalks are appropriately salted. Very impressive. We have brand new appliances and beautiful flooring throughout. Highly recommend!
We’ve been in these apartments for about a year now and have had a really great experience. Any maintenance requests have always been responded to quickly, and the leasing office staff has consistently been exceptional. Carlos was the one who gave us our initial tour, and he has been a huge help ever since. When looking for an apartment to make your home maintenance and the leasing office relationship is always the most important. In this past year The experience has been great
We have lived at Central Park for several years and I can say we love it here. Carlos and the other office staff are such a pleasure to deal with, always ready to help out with any issues that may occur. The maintenance crew is also there ready when needed making sure all is working and willing to do repairs when needed. From the well kept property to the spacious apartment floor plans, we love calling Central Park our home!
They did not allow me to see the apartment at any point before moving in—even after I paid the security deposit. When I applied, I was told there was only one unit available and that I had to put down the security deposit 60 days in advance if I wanted it. That was the first clear sign that the priority here is collecting money, not transparency or tenant well‑being. Having lived here for going on 3 years, I can honestly say these apartments have been my favorite! Any issue I have ever had, from A/C to pest issues, the maintenance crew was on top of it, especially Brian. Carlos and Janice in the office are amazing at communication, and have always made us feel welcome and listened to. Definitely recommend Central Park to anyone looking to find a good home at a decent price!
