I have to say this was the BEST move in experience I ever had! The experience with Carrie, Janice and Carlos was truly amazing. They made my fiancé and I feel so welcome. I love my apartment and the community is beautiful! If you are looking for a new home you need to move here! I would give 10 stars if I could!
Even though we didn't get Approved. We would like to give a positive review towards Carlos and Kerrie. They welcome us both in the office and helped us with everything we could ask for..they were very kind. Understanding. They gave us advice and additional information to help answer our questions..we were actually really wanted to live there..we still support the community. My husband and I recently stopped in to look at the apartments. We were shown the 2 bedroom Wallstreet floor plan by Janice and we were very impressed! Janice was so pleasant and made us feel right at home. She answered all of our questions and exhibited high standard customer service qualities.
I love living here. The property is safe and clean and well maintained. Maintenance is great and takes care of any issues immediately. The staff here : Janice, Carrie , Carlos, Mike , Brian and Steve are all super friendly and always helpful.
These places are going down. Talked with a few neighbors of mine, and they all said it happened when new owners bought the place. My main problem is the building and pay its self. 1300 for a 1 bed bath. The kitchen has outdated appliances, and nothing is really level, so stuff will roll. I spent a little getting all the appliances leveled. My apartment 2nd floor has a slight curve to the middle. Naked eye won't catch that. But my main issue is when it comes to water leakes.
