Central Park apartments are up there for sum of this worst apartments in the south suburbs trust me . I’ve been dealing with my bathroom tub backing up since I moved in . They give u little to no notice before popping up at your house for “ inspections “ and most importantly they don’t upkeep their units my water bill was 415$ because a pipe got rotted out in my basement ands been leaking water for who knows how long . I submitted an application on September 22, 2025, paid all fees, and even received a confirmation with a signed application. However, when I followed up, I was told that my application does not show as completed in their system. I’ve called the office multiple times and spoke directly with the property manager, who admitted that they recently switched to a new system. Central Park Apts have stated that they tell future residents that the basement floods. Is that really TRUE Sydney and Ms. manager? The property can't keep qualified maintenance personnel either, which is a hugh issue for quality work.Therefore poor quality maintenance work is being pushed on the residents who are paying 1500.00 to 1600.00 for rent. If you’re reading this you, you must be needing shelter immediately! Because that is all you will be getting once you sign (your lease) over to death row records! You will not be getting a home or any place where you feel comfortable or safe! This is the second worst apartment complex in park forest outside of arbor trail apartments.
