This is ONLY since Sydney came on staff and hired a new maintenance crew leader Mike. Prior, it would have been hard to give 2 stars if that, but now Sydney is making it her business to ensure repairs are handled expeditiously as well as hosting resident appreciation events. This has been vital since the previous staff treated us so badly. There is still much to do but change is happening.
This place is a scam. They made me pay a $200 holding fee before even assigning me a unit. When I finally saw the unit, it was disgusting—bugs on the floor, trash in the cabinets, broken blinds, holes in the walls, and even a mold stain. I tried to see it earlier, but they refused, and when I asked for a refund because the place was unlivable, they ignored everything and kept my money. They lie to get your payment and don’t care about the condition of their units. Stay far away! THE VIDEO THEY SHOW IS NOT WHAT YOU WILL GET !
Do not move here! The management staff is horrible. They can’t keep staff. The townhomes aren’t updated, rat infested, and flood badly.
Do not move here! The management is terrible, the units are not up to code, maintenance does not do their job, and the overall situation is bad!! There is a mice infestation that they know about and will not handle! The units have a flooding problem, there's nowhere to park, the list could go on and on. They violate privacy rights and they are extremely unethical.
Sidney and irene or ivory… not sure of the name spelling because the attitudes are so horrible they know it is they never put they names on anything they make me feel completely uncomfortable living in central park especially after my house was walked into unannounced
