David B. In maintenance did a great job replacing our water heater as well as resolving issues with our toilet flushing. Thank you!.
I must admit....things have definitely changed for the better around here! With new owners and management, I can firmly say that progress has been made to make a better living. Last week, I had to have the hot water tank replaced and David (from maintenance) came in and did an awesome job. I also met the Darren (maintenance supervisor) and he let me know that more changes to come in the near future. I'm impressed with this new change of scenery!
After the initial growing pains of switching to a new company, living in Central Park Apartments have been like night and day. Huge shout out to Sydney in the front office, she had to balance the aches and pains of the company transitioning to a new system and many of the residents getting new info at the same time as her. Thankful for new management. I have been a resident for a couple of years, and I am happy to see the changes happening at Central Park. The new manager and new maintenance man are professional and efficient. The communication and follow-up from staff has been great, keep it up!
