False Info I can understand raising rent but raising it after failing to comply with the lease. These apartments are beat up, roach and gnat infested, along with poor maintenance services. The kitchen floors are caving in, the floors squeak, causing cracks in the walls, the laundry room is unusable due to nastiness of landlord and residents staying here, the sides of the apartments are falling apart, along with the canal eroding away on the backend apartments. Fix things don't spoil the drug houses and ignore customers new management that doesn't insult tenants and break promise we were threatened with fines for taking out trash while everyone from the neighboring trailer park dumped theirs by the car load in the one dumpster provided for near fifty apartments .If you manage to get rid of the roaches they will skip your apartment and spray all adjacent ones reinfesting yours all while telling you that you can't have deposit back because they pay the bug man, who came twice in a tw... read more

Updated: Partial deposit in the Mail My wife and I stayed in the apartments for 20 months. The apartment was left in relatively good condition, if not as good as when we first moved in. Supposedly, you are warned about getting only partial reimbursement of your deposit in the beginning and definitely when you leave, except we received nothing back. Happily, I would resend this negative rating, if the owners of the apartments were to contact me, but they hide behind the apartment management. You have been warned. Take picture... read more
