they do not reply to your needs with any speed and what one bad tenant does seems to affect all tenants. I was recently told I would need to submit my rent payments only by money order or cashiers check even though that would increase my rent by the cost of the tenior, someone playing games with the owners of the property~

THESE PEOPLE ARE LAIRS AND THIEVES. MY SON AN HIS WIFE APPLIED AND GAVE ALL THEY NEEDED INFORMATION AND THEN THEY WERE TOLD "OH IM SORRY YOU DID NOT QUALIFY FOR THE APARTMENT UNIT" AND NOW THEY HAVE BEEN WAITING 21 DAYS FOR A RETURN OF THEIR DEPOSIT CHECK. MY DAUGHTER IN LAW HAS CONTACTED THEM THE MAIN MANAGERS AND CO MANAGERS AND THEIR STORIES KEEP CHANGING ABOUT WHERE THE CHECK FOR THEY SENT IT. IT WENT FROM 3 DAYS TO 14 DAYS TO 5 DAYS AND NOW IT WHO SAID THAT AND WHEN DID THEY SAY IT.

Don't not rent from central park, rainier,redpines, spring meadow or woodland park apts they will seriously rip you off the apartments may look some what decent when you first see them but they come with a lot if problems, they owners don't care about their tenants only about the money, they don't replace and thing, all the appliances are really old and outdated and if you request work done they take FOREVER to do it if they remember and if you luck enough they do it but very shitty job, if you pay your rent and if the offic... read more
