Lived here for one year. The apartments themselves look decent but you can tell they tried to do everything as cheap as possible. The apartment was dirty when they handed the keys over to us. Mailboxes were broken for the first week I lived there meaning I couldn't receive mail to my new apartment. The company that runs it Zendoor does not pick up the phone or answer emails for weeks. There was raw sewage in my shower.
From the 10 stray cats, spraying everyone’s doors and pooping all over the complex, to the homeless people shooting up, breaking into cars, puking, pooping, all along the perimeter of the property, to the water being shut off for days at a time with warning only the day of, to the random 3rd party maintenance workers they hire who leave the place worse than they found it, to the 8 Airbnb units with randoms every weekend, partying, smoking, littering, and every time, please please find somewhere else to live. Stay away!!! Horrible management. Not worth the money. Definitely has potential with the right ownership/management. Please be sure to document every interaction. Area is not safe.
