Surgery is nerve-wracking as it is without having a tyrant of a Doctor barking at everyone and making everyone totally nervous and shook up. Dr. Menegakis was acting like a menace and I was ready to leave before having my procedure. Thankfully the kind Nurses and Aids there assisted me and tried to put my mind at ease. I give the Nurses 5 stars but 0 stars to Dr. Menegakis.
The staff made me very safe for something that was new to me.

From start to finish had a great experience. My surgeon Dr Januszewski is very straightforward , went over procedure again prior to surgery and is very knowledgeable and thorough, he’s great! Front office staff was friendly. My PreOp/PostOp nurses were all very kind, caring and helpful during the few hours I had to wait prior to surgery, also allowing my hubby to come back periodically to see me which was so nice because I was so anxious about the surgery and they also kept updating him on the progress. This is now my 3rd time here, just had a level 3, cervical neck surgery. As always the Angels who work here are so amazingly thoughtful and caring, Mrs.Jermana for everything it my pre-opp to post opp. A beautiful soul. To againg Mrs.Erin,to everything and being so Gentle and Warm caring, to Mrs. Krina for helping me and everyone and mrs. Madeleine in post opp.to talk to me and help out me.
