Took our 3mo here. Dr Joceline was extremely lovely, knowledgeable and very reassuring. Front reception were very lovely too

What a joke. A rang for an appointment a month ago only to be told that I needed to ring back mid the following month for an appointment. I asked about a waiting list and to be contacted when the appointment became available, but I was informed that this was not possible. Fast forward a month and a bit and I call for an appointment only to be told that this doctor is no longer taking bookings. Seriously!!!
