Found this shop through my girlfriend when she was calling around to find somewhere to rebuild her alternator. When we went in the staff was incredibly friendly and you can tell they really care about doing what’s best for their customers and not just selling some cheap stuff that’s gonna break like everything from auto zone or oreilleys. Since then my brother has bought an alternator from them and had an incredible experience as well. First order from this business went well. Second order turned into a disaster. The item I ordered was sent to the wrong address so it took a month for our customer to find their order. They also enclosed my credit card number and all information pertaining to my purchase. The end user saw the price I paid because my receipt was also enclosed. Drop shipping must be done blind.
