Best experience ever! Things are tough when you know your vehicle is gonna break down. Not only did they have my part, they had it at half the price of the auto parts store! The lady was so sweet. She offered to stay late to make sure that my husband got the part and got my car running. I would go back 100 times! Thank you CPR!
I've bought several parts here over the years for my diesels. Would not give me a refund when they sold me a bad starter. Really disappointed.
Sold a bad starter, would not engage, tried to take it back and would not provide a store credit or a refund or swap it out. Will not be coming back.
Super Fast!!! I called, text them pics, and they had my part and shipped it that day. Very Knowledgeable, was able to look up my starter and alternator off of pictures and what numbers I could see.
Great company to work with! I will be going to them next time.
