In my opinion, Dr. Etzel is my hero . I was so sick for over a month . I went to two different doctors including an ER trying to get some relief. I couldn’t eat , I lost weight , and finally I went to Dr. Etzel who admitted me to the hospital . In 3.5 days , I had an endoscopy , a CT scan , a HIDA scan and finally got an answer that it was my gall bladder and had it removed and sent home .. all in 3.5 days ! I’m doing great , sore as to be considered . But I can keep food down again and the pain is nothing near what it was .... read more

The staff are very nice and they follow up after your procedure and my dr is a Rockstar he found the problems I am having and explain everything to me and he can fix it when he does my gastric surgery I so appreciate the 1 surgery 1 recovery time so thank you so much for the great treatment I receive!!
Doctors and staff are great. The building does not look like any other UPMC medical buildings. I wasn't sure I was in the right place at first. But inside the facility is like what you would expect for a medical office. Surgery is actually performed at Community General Osteopathic hospital which is a very short drive from this facility.
