Bill was very professional. His report was exceptionally detailed. He went over absolutely everything.
Called this place for a inspection. Lets start off by saying they are very rude and mean. I asked simple questions and got no answers. Just can't believe it was as bad as this
His bad inspection cost me a lot of money. Obvious things that good inspectors would have found, he missed. Maybe he was working for the realtor. If you want to know the truth about your potential purchase call someone else. Like most people I didn't bother posting, but recently found another issues.Do not use this inspection service, it could cost you a lot of as it did me. He comes across as caring and knowledgable but it is not the case. Problems with heating, doors, windows exposed wood outdoors, well etc..
