Update your website information. You show up under instacare, then turned me away rather dismissively. This was the second clinic I've been to that said it was an instacare, then turned me away. This is frustrating. Fix your online presence. It is embarrassing.
I went here a few years ago with a broken ankle and now I take my kids here. This place is never busy and the staff is very friendly. Never disappointed.
Dr Rasmussen is the best doctor I’ve seen in my 63 years of life!
I contacted the office six times prior to my refill to correct the medication quantity, and it was still filled incorrectly. Each time I spoke with a different front desk staff member, and the information was never accurately documented or relayed to the doctor. At this point… I am not going to spend more time calling to correct an error that should have been handled properly. I will manage for now, but mistakes involving medication are serious and potentially dangerous.
