Jake and his staff were extremely professional, which is what you’d expect when working with the owner directly. I initially submitted requests to 3 different companies on a Thursday night, Jake called me at 8:04 Friday AM, provided so much valuable information (I’m not a water heater pro) and also wasn’t pushy.
