I picked up a southland 6x12. The experience was very easy and smooth. I called them around noon on Friday. Asked about the trailer listed online and they confirmed it was there. Came to a deal on the price and told them I would be there in 90 minutes. They had the trailer out and ready to go for me when I got there. It took maybe 30 minutes to do the paperwork, make payment, and have the trailer hooked up and on my way back home.
During the purchases of my trailer, it went great, very easy even to the point I asked for different wheels and tire, and they changed them out. I visited the store again to talk about warranty, and this visit went great. Where it went all wrong for me was after I dropped my trailer off for the warranty work. A 3-day job has now been two weeks, no updates from them to me, repeated calls and visits to the store to hear we are working on it should be done tomorrow, worked on it yesterday have more to do, had to bring the tape ... read more

Great service while purchasing a 5/10 10k trailer.
we were about 400 Mike's from home when my trailer wiring was ripped out ,pulled in her as a last ditch effort and man did they save the day .there mechanic had no hesitation giving me a hand getting the wiring figured out ,awesome people would absolutely recommend.
