I was in need of a trailer and not sure who to go with. I called around and the only people that called me back right away was trailer station. I spoke with a woman named Myranda who guided me through the process of which trailers to buy options and all that goes with purchasing a new trailer. The next day I drove down to Madras and met with Jeremy who was extremely helpful in picking out the right trailer for me. I can't wait to start using it. It's going to make a huge difference in my business!

I went into to purchase a 5x10 dump trailer. I specially asked Mike if it was scissor lift and Mike confirmed. I attempted to lift the trailer's dump bed but the battery was dead. It wasn't until I used the trailer for the first time that I found out it was single push. Mike tried to claim it was on my paperwork. After reviewing my documents the words "single push" were no where to be found. He refused to return my calls. He has a great way of acting like he wants to help and then blows you off. Beware.
I had a Great experience with Trailer Station; Myranda was super helpful through email and text, got everything set up for me and helped with some price matching. The in-store crew (Mike) was very knowledgeable and aided me to making the right purchase for my needs.
