Spencer was the second plumber who came out to fix a problem that was causing poo water to flow from under our toilets and bathtubs. He did what the other plumber couldn't do and chased the problem all the way to where my system connected to the city's. He fixed as much as he could until he couldn't go further without getting in trouble with the city. Spencer was quick, respectful, and professional. 10/10 would recommend
If I could give more than just five stars, I would!!! This company is absolutely incredible and so very kind!! They were quick to respond and made it a priority to get the plumbing emergency taken care of. We called around to several different places and we’re told we will get a call back and still haven’t. He was the only one that I got a phone call back from and quickly. I definitely would recommend him to anyone and everyone!!!
