Everyone was very nice and the atmosphere was very open and kid-friendly ;) a great experience
No one answers the phone. Been on hold for over an hour just to have the call disconnected. Was caller #3, then 2. Then 1. As soon as it rings it gets disconnected. Called back. Now we are caller 5. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!
I have been using COPA for 11 years and now 3 kids, they are THE best pediatricians around.
COPA has a political agenda in their policies and is close minded. My four children have gone to COPA since they were born here in Bend, OR. Our pediatrician is kind and respectful to me overall but our last few visits have shown they do not care about kids and families as much as they care about their politics and agendas. About a month ago, I took my fourth child in to get vaccines for Kindergarten. I wanted an exception on a couple vaccinations while still getting Dtap for him.
