Buyer beware, I applied to a home from this company and was denied for insufficient references. Not one of them was called so they collected a "refundable" fee of $55 per the principal broker, took the money, called none of my references, denied me, and won't return my calls or offer any explanation. Definitely scamming for fees based on my experience.
