We had a wonderful experience working with Katy and the Kromm Team. From the beginning, Katy helped us prepare our home for sale, offering great advice and coordinating professional photos and a video that showcased our home beautifully. She was always incredibly responsive to our questions and made sure we felt informed and supported throughout the entire process. Selling a home can be stressful, but Katy and the Kromm Team made everything feel seamless.
Katy was awesome to work with. My husband and I recently purchased a house in La Pine. There were some issues with the fence not being HOA compliant, the sellers were struggling to find a contractor so Katy went above and beyond. Got our fence fixed and we closed on time due to her. Would highly recommend!!!
Working with Katy was an absolute game-changer for us. We were trying to buy a home in Bend from out of the area on a very tight timeline, which could have been incredibly stressful.
