Katy was a rockstar of a realtor from start to finish. When we had a weekend in Bend, she set up two days worth of appointments for us and showed us all over the city. Once we decided on a house, she submitted the proposal and helped us through several issues including extra inspections involving pest and roof issues while we were out of town. From the beginning, Katy helped us prepare our home for sale, offering great advice and coordinating professional photos and a video that showcased our home beautifully. She was always incredibly responsive to our questions and made sure we felt informed and supported throughout the entire process. Selling a home can be stressful, but Katy and the Kromm Team made everything feel seamless.
Katy was awesome to work with. My husband and I recently purchased a house in La Pine. There were some issues with the fence not being HOA compliant, the sellers were struggling to find a contractor so Katy went above and beyond. Got our fence fixed and we closed on time due to her. Would highly recommend!!!
