Just over 1 yr ago we replaced our tanked gas water heater with a tankless option from them. we have had them out for 4 warranty calls in that time due to the unit malfunctioning. During the third visit, a tech other than the one that installed it came out and said that unit never should have been installed in the first place as its sensors are designed for 0-1500ft elevation and cannot be recalibrated to the nearly 5k ft elevation we are at. Bought heat pump from COHeating in 2019. They promised "special no interest" deal through Home Depot for 24 months with monthly payments and no interest. Paid 24 monthly payments to pay in full: got charged $1454 in interest. Nick ******, who says he "runs" the company, won't research or advocate for us, though he continues to say there is a 24 month interest-free "special deal" though Home Depot. BELIEVE THIS IS FRAUDULENT SALES TECHNIQUE, AND OF COURSE HORRIFIC CUSTOMER NO-SERVICE. ****** seems to think he's the only show ... read more
