3 weeks later and I still haven't received my order yet. After they have your money the customer service is terrible. I would recommend going anywhere but here.
The front desk is very helpful and patient. The tech is always in high spirit. The optition always makes me feel comfortable and let's me know what she is going to do next. The doctor is very friendly I love the staff out here in bend !
Never had such terrible service.They claim to be Eye Doctors but are really just trying to sell you glasses you may or may not need. They refused to give my daughters their prescription after their Eye exams and are still refusing to release the PD measurements, so we have to buy the glasses from them. When I called them to discuss the issue they were rude and obstructive. I have never experienced anything like it!
