I came in as an urgent patient with a damaged cornea a couple of months ago and the exceptional service and care that I received was beyond amazing. After a quite traumatic experience with a previous injury to my other eye a year earlier, I was extremely anxious and quite frankly, terrified when coming in to the clinic. The ladies at the reception was kind and caring, made me feel at ease and less anxious while waiting to see Dr Sara. Was a pleasure to be a patient of Dr. Walker and his team at Central Opthalmology. A practice that's welcoming, is thoughtfully laid out, and has systems that run like clockwork - so you were never kept waiting. Highly recommended.
Had a visit to see Dr Walker yesterday and I was a bit flustered on entry. Staff on desk AMAZING. Tech that did all of my tests -AMAZING. Dr Walker who I'd only seen once before about 4 years earlier, is brilliant. He has an amazing cheery and informative manner. I felt so well looked after. Sitting in a waiting room for 1hr 20 minutes past your appointment time is poor time management. Bring a good book, or pillow. To reply to your response. - I am not on your customer list. As an aged carer the gentleman I was assisting at your business was left feeling uncomfortable, and was very displeased with lack of care to his discomfort. I do have the right business, I posted it on your premises.
Following my surgery I would like to recommend Dr Sergio who is very professional showed empathy and kindness towards me prior and after surgery. Also the support staff are very helpful and friendly. Louise
