Their costs are way overpriced; their prices are up more than twice what prices were less than ten years ago. I just had a rude receptionist, who said that 'everyone else had a ******** card', while every other receptionist that I have had in my nearly twenty years in going to COPC always accepted it. There are signs that you can't record or videotape during your appointment, which I kind of understand, but what about someone who is hard of hearing, and needs to remember their instructions from their doctor? They sent me to collections without ever sending me a bill and for a service that was already paid in full by the insurance.

Be aware if you have a balance due and you dont pay the full amount within 3 billing cycles they will send you to collection. Even if you are paying on the balance each month they will still sends you to collection. Horrible business practices.

You were also sent a final notice and we made a courtesy call to address your balance owed. We also offer monthly budget plans so if in the future, you need to be set up on a monthly plan, please call as soon as you receive the first statement of balance owed.
