I herniated my L4-L5 disc almost 8 years ago and did physical therapy twice before over the years, massage, chiropractor visits, and dry needling. I was in daily mild pain and intense pain when I aggravated it. I thought it was just my life now. Then Kevin came into the picture and actually showed me how to strengthen my back instead of just stretching it. I am now blissfully unaware of my lower back on most days now. I can’t believe it. I will continue to use the tools he gave me to keep it up. Thank you Kevin Do!
All this place cares about is $$$. No sympathy at all for people. I was diagnosed with transverse Myelitis 2 months ago and it’s been hard adjusting to every day life. I had to spend 5 days in the hospital receiving IV steroids and couldn’t walk for 3/5 of those days. Initially I was going to have to do inpatient rehab but I got some mobility back so they recommended in home care or outpatient therapy. CONCERNED ,COMPETENT AND FRIENDLY STAFF. STARTED IN PRETTY BAD SHAPE BUT FINISHED GREATLY IMPROVED. AS A COACH IN HIGH SCHOOL AND HAVE SEVERAL JOINT OPPERATIONS I HAVE DEALTH WITH MANY PHYISCAL THERAPY PROVIDERS. I MUST SAY THIS GROUP OF PROVIDERS ARE PROFESSIONAL, ENCOURAGING AND VERY COMPETENT. I WOULD RANK THEM AS THE BEST GROUP I HAVE WORKED WITH AND RECOMMEND THEM VERY HIGHLY!!!
