If it was possible, I would give them a negative star review. They have been holding my medical records and lying about sending them to a new endocrinologist, it's a struggle to get ahold of anyone so you need to lie on the phone line and say you are a doctor to even reach a person at the desk. These people are criminals and I'm very glad they are shutting down. However this fight to even get my medical history is really frustrating. Burn to the ground already.
This place has severely gone downhill in the last few years. I’ve been a patient since 2014. The practice was great and they really did help me a lot. All until about 2020. Ever since, the practice appears to be poorly managed. I have been trying to transfer to an adult endocrinologist for the past 10 months and they have been severely unhelpful. Poor communication skills and lack of responsibility.
The doctors and nurses are wonderful I have been going to this office for a very long time. This is my last year. Going to see these wonderful people! They truly have helped me learn to take the best care of myself and whatever life situation I have been in their understanding, kind empathetic. The communication with the front desk is a bit challenging however but I still love this office, and I would recommend it!
I’ve never left a review… ever! Just save time and frustration and go to Nationwide Childrens. Transferring records has been quite the ordeal. Super rude staff. And everything is on paper so you don’t have access to any records….
The front staff has a great lack of care for Coped patients. The doctors and nurses are the best but the reception at desk is awful. They never pickup and getting prescriptions is difficult. We've been going here for over 20years and have seen a lot of changes here but this is an all time low. Sorry to say if it was not for Dr. Dyer and Dr Lozano taking great care of us we'd definitely leave this place due to how it's ran at the front desk. Customer loyalty can only go so far.
