I've called and left a voice mail, and tried to call multiple times. They do have an answering machine so they seem to be in business.
So glad I found this place; they're Columbus's best kept secret for garage doors IMO. They can be a bit hard to get a hold of sometimes, but it's worth the trouble; Dillan is great to work with and has always gone above and beyond. Their pricing is very competitive and they maintain a great inventory.
