Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
