I walk 3 to 4 miles a day and developed a foot problem that forced me to stop with a painful left foot after only 1 mile. I bought new shoes the best for this purpose. I only doubled the distance. I needed help. Dr Foster recommended that I have the orthopedic inserts. These were made for my feet and took care of problems that Dr Foster saw with the x-rays.
