No matter the season, this is a wonderful place to shop. If you're interested in only locally grown vegetables, fruit and plants, go frequently so you can keep track of what is in season, and get to know the stands. A big thumbs up to Syracuse Soap Works (A shed), Recess Coffee (A shed summer, C shed winter), Delaney Farms (D shed), and Wake Robin (C shed) where I frequent shop. Oh...and the people who sell peanut butter and jelly in the A shed.
We love going to the market. Most of the vendors are so willing to help you. It's just a relaxing way to spend some time, and get amazingly fresh produce.
Great veggies but finding the prices this year to b bit higher and I know what venders to stay away ........ I feel they don't have fresh and it tends to rot faster.......over all I love it here
Fun place to be on a Sunday morning, lots of vendors, polite crowd. good food. good exercise. We enjoyed ourselves and food some great deals with the farmers and the maple Syrup salesmen. Great way to spend a Sunday morning.
Always have a nice time at the market when we go..and got lots of treasures
