Horrible customer service and so rude. Drove all the way from Cle Elum, ended up leaving and didn't spend a dime there. The older women at the front desk is the rudest human EVER.
Over many years, I've bought many good plants here and good products to enhance the soil. I've received good advice. Customer service has been friendly and helpful.
Terrible customer service. They are very unreliable, and have “lost” the last service order I personally watched the manager write up to repair our sprinkler system that they installed. Do not recommend!
Honestly the absolute worst customer service. Stopped mid conversation and simply never finished helping us after completely ignoring us for 10 mins. Went down the road and bought my $150 tree. Will never waste my time there again.

Bad communication, the broke a sprinkler head and than sent me a bill to fix it. Yelled at me on the phone and called me a liar, customer service sucks! Use anyone over them.
