On Oct. 5 I had an appointment at Central North Alabama Health Services Huntsville Family Health Services to get a referral authorization renewal for a hand doctor specialist that I need to see after having hand surgery in February. I needed to have the referral authorization renewed for a November 9th appointment at the specialists office.
