My new truck with 750 miles has been in the shop for 68 days waiting on a part. I understand parts problems but I’ve tried to trade the truck back in using my own money but not one person in leadership will even talk to me and the one that did lied, he was the sales manager. I’ve purchased three trucks from them and my last.
Central Nissan ran my credit without my authorization. I had not done an application for vehicle purchase. Brian the Finance/General Manager informed me that my social security number was ran under the name of another person. He stated that they do not use Equifax, but I have a hard inquiry on my credit file which dropped my credit score 25 points. I was told to call Equifax which I did. I was informed my Equifax that the dealership only needed to send an electronic message requesting the removal of their mistake. Brian as w... read more

Jennifer Contacted me with an issue about her credit being run without her permission. When she says it was ran under the name of another person, she is referring to her daughter whom she had previously cosigned for. Her daughter stated her mom was trying to take her vehicle away and was upset over the situation. She asked us to try and get her financing on a different vehicle that her mother was not cosigned on so Jennifer could not hold this over her. BUYER BEWARE!!! Bought a vehicle from them that they kept for an additional 4 days to have "detailed and inspected". Upon picking the vehicle up it smelled like someone had taken a huge dump in it and then let it bake in the heat for a few days. The car was still filthy and we found pieces of trash throughout it. After having it 3 weeks (and only putting 20 miles on it according to the paperwork they gave me) the transmission starts slipping. **BUYER BEWARE** 0/5 stars I was sold a used 2019 truck that had not been inspected before being sold to me 3 months ago. I drove it home with no oil in the engine, having to add a gallon once I got it home just to return it to the dealership the next day. The truck had a bolt/screws in both back tires, a faulty tailgate actuator, an electrical short that damaged my new trailer's plug & flashed 9 engine codes, dog spit/hair from the previous owner, and flattened leaf springs.
