Perfect purchase. SR1 has a crew of smart and helpful people. Chris, Ryan, Mike and the mechanic outside who stands on business helped me get out of the lot with a N & N dump trailer. They easily dealt with finance and logistical situations. Phone calls and texting options made this transaction seamless. The shop and office area are professional. For Truck drivers!! If you delivering at this location in special on Monday be aware that you will loos the day.Very slow an it will take hours .Arrived at 9 am left at 3PM .And also don’t wait for detention !!! Please double check the contract and be sure that broker will pay but better avoid the place.

I wish I had the option to give 10 Stars! Talk about service after the sale. I am the second owner of a trailer originally sold at the Turner, ME location. There was an issue with proper title needed for registration. I called SR1 in the hopes to get some information. Not only did they return my call promptly, they went above and beyond to research the sale and coordinate with the manufacturer to help me with documentation. They didn't have to do this.
